Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

    Install the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug (2) and tighten to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug.
  3. Fill the transmission with transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (MJK, MM6) Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (M13 Without Y4Q) Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (M13 With Y4Q Track Pack With or Without KNR) 
  4. Remove the drain pan.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
