Assemble Procedure

    Automatic Transmission Case Extension Hole Plug (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 11 N.m (97 lb in)

    Assemble the tools as shown. Use the GE-8092  Driver Handle with DT-50897  Bearing Installer.

  3. Output Shaft Bearing (1) - Install
  4. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Inner Seal (2) - Install NEW
  5. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Outer Seal (3) - Install NEW
  6. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston (4) - Install

    1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Return Spring (1) - Install

  8. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Seal (2) - Install NEW
  9. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Inner Seal (3) - Install NEW
  10. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Dam Seal (4) - Install NEW
  11. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Dam (5) - Install
  12. Use DT-38734  adapter and an arbor press to install the retaining ring.
  13. 1-2-3-4-5-Reverse Clutch Piston Dam Retaining Ring (6) - Install NEW
