DT-52096 Direct Overdrive Sun Gear Shaft Seal Installer

Input Internal Gear (1) - Install
Direct Overdrive Sun Gear Shaft (2) - Install
Input Internal Gear Retaining Ring (3) - Install

NOTE:

When installing the seals, movement of the seal pushing tool should be one continuous movement down the shaft, and should not last more than 2 seconds to prevent overstretching of the seals.

Set the DT-52096 - 1 seal installer (5) to the depth for each seal, then using DT-52096 - 2 seal installer (6), push the seal into position.
Direct Overdrive Sun Gear Shaft Seal (4) - Install NEW [4x]

NOTE:

Seal robustness may be improved if the sizer is left on until the shaft is installed in the Triple Clutch Housing.

After all seals have been installed, install the DT-52096 - 3 seal sizer (7) over all of the seals as shown. The DT-52096 - 3 seal sizer (7) should stay installed for at least 5 minutes before removed.
