Control Valve Body Assembly Installation

NOTE: Callouts in the following chart represent components shown in graphic above.

1	Control Valve Body Assembly NOTE: Ensure the Automatic Transmission Fluid Pump Seal-Valve Body is in the Control Valve Body Assembly. Procedure NOTE: Ensure the wiring harness is not pinched anywhere after valve body installation. Install the control valve body assembly into the case. The locating pins on the bottom of the Control Valve Body Assembly will hold the Control Valve Body Assembly in place while installing bolts. Connect the main control wiring harness connector as shown.

NOTE:

Ensure the Automatic Transmission Fluid Pump Seal-Valve Body is in the Control Valve Body Assembly.

Procedure

NOTE:

Ensure the wiring harness is not pinched anywhere after valve body installation.

Install the control valve body assembly into the case. The locating pins on the bottom of the Control Valve Body Assembly will hold the Control Valve Body Assembly in place while installing bolts.
Connect the main control wiring harness connector as shown.
