Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug Cap (1) - Install [2x]

CAUTION:

NOTE:

Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant

Engine Block Oil Gallery PlugM16 (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
Cylinder Head Locating Pin (3) - Install [2x]
Knock Sensor (4) - Install
Knock Sensor Bolt (5) - Install - Knock Sensor Replacement - Bank 2
Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (6) - Install - Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement
Engine Block Core Hole Plug (7) - Install and tighten 45 N.m (33 lb ft)
Engine Block Oil Gallery PlugM16 (8) - Install and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
Piston Oil Nozzle (9) - Install [3x]
Piston Oil Nozzle Bolt (10) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Front Cover Stud (11) - Install and tighten [3x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

Cylinder Head Locating Pin (1) - Install [2x]
Engine Block Core Hole Plug (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
Crankshaft Position Sensor (3) - Install
Crankshaft Position Sensor Bolt (4) - Install - Crankshaft Position Sensor Replacement
Knock Sensor (5) - Install
Knock Sensor Bolt (6) - Install - Knock Sensor Replacement - Bank 1
Knock Sensor Heat Shield (8) - Install
Knock Sensor Heat Shield Bolt (7) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Engine Block Oil Gallery PlugM16 (9) - Install and tighten [2x] 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
Engine Coolant Heater (10) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Housing Locating Pin (11) - Install [2x]
Engine Block Oil Gallery PlugM16 (12) - Install and tighten [2x] 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
