Removal Procedure

- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief
- Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Remove
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Heat Sleeve (1) - Remove
- Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @ Retainer (3) - Remove [2x]
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
- Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side - Remove
- Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right) , or Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Left) - Remove
- Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (LH - LGX) , or Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (RH - LGX) @ Right Side - Remove
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Retainer (3) - Remove [5x]
