Front Fender Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Base, Uplevel) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (ZL1) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (SS) Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement Reposition the hood release cable.
1	Front Fender Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Using ball end TORX driver to loosen bolt only, bolt does not have to be removed as fender is slotted. NOTE: Place protective covering over windshield at top rear bolt to prevent windshield breakage. Lubricate bolt upon installation. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Front Fender Bolt [7x] Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Front Fender Nut Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
4	Front Fender Procedure Transfer components as necessary.
