NOTE:
The illustration shows the panel away from the lower console to clarify the location of the retainer clips.

Starting at the rear and working forward, disengage the front floor console upper panel (1) retainers.

Carefully separate the front floor console upper panel (1) tabs from the front floor console side trim panel.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Front Floor Console Upper Panel (1) - Remove
Transfer components as necessary.
