Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Buick)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  2. Remove the air inlet grille panel extension. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement .
1 Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (Qty: 6)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Air Inlet Grille Panel

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the windshield washer hose.
  2. Use a suitable tool to release the push-in retainers at each end of the hood rear weatherstrip.
  3. Lift up the front edge of the air inlet grille panel, slide the grille panel forward from both hood hinges.
  4. Use a suitable tool to carefully release the air inlet grille panel from the windshield.
  5. Transfer parts as needed.
