Single Use Fasteners and Components

  1. Fig 1: Exploded View Of Control Valve Assembly Components (1 Of 2)

    Control Valve Body Fluid Passage Cover (1) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Control Valve Upper Body Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  3. Control Valve Upper Body Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  4. Automatic Transmission Fluid Pump Seal - Valve Body (4) - Install NEW
    5. NOTE:

    Push sensor in and turn clockwise to install.

  5. Automatic Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor (5) - Install
  6. Control Valve Body Fluid Passage Cover (6) - Install

    Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness - Jumper (1) - Install

  8. Connect Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness connectors as shown.
  9. Automatic Transmission Control Wiring Harness Retainer - Push Type (2) - Install NEW
  10. Control Valve Upper Body Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  11. Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness - Main/Solenoid (4) - Install
  12. Connect Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness connectors as shown.
  13. Control Valve Upper Body Bolt (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  14. Control Valve Solenoid Body Bolt (6) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
