Preliminary Procedures

  1. On/Off Vehicle Switch Replacement
  2. Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement 
  3. Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement
1 Instrument Panel Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m(22 lb/in)
2 Instrument Panel Trim Pad - Right Side

Procedure

  1. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the plastic retaining tabs.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Remove the instrument panel outer air outlet. Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side
  4. Remove the side window defogger outlet grille. Side Window Defogger Outlet Grille Replacement - Right Side
