Front Side Door Replacement

Callout Component Name
1 Front Side Door Check Link Bolt
CAUTION:

Fastener Caution


Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb-ft)
2 Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt [ 2x ]
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb-ft)
3 Front Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt [ 2x ]

Procedure

  1. Apply tape to the fender and door edges to protect the surfaces.
  2. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Reposition the door away from the vehicle to gain access to the connector.

Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb-ft)
4 Front Side Door

Procedure

  1. Transfer all of the internal components.
  2. Adjust the front side door as needed. Front Side Door Adjustment .
