Front Side Door (4) - Remove - Front Side Door Replacement
Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Remove - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
Instrument Panel Upper Bolt (1) - Remove
Instrument Panel Assembly (1) - Remove - Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement
Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator (3) - Remove - Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Replacement
Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Passenger Side (2) - Remove - Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Replacement - Passenger Side
Radio (1) - Remove Radio Replacement
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Push Pin (1) - Remove - Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Module Bolt (1) - Remove [ 3x ]
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Remove
Unclip the harness from the left brace.
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace Bolt (1) - Remove [ 4x ]
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace (2) - Remove
Use a suitable tool to release the Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Junction Block (1) from the Instrument Panel Tie Bar and position out of the way.
- Unclip the head lamp switch harness from the block.
Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
- Detach the I/P wiring harness retaining clips from the Instrument Panel Tie Bar.
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Remove [ 2x ]
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Reinforcement Bolt (2) - Remove
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Remove [ 2x ]
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Reinforcement Bolt (2) - Remove
Bend the locking tabs (1) down on the body bracket at the pillars.
Support the HVAC module in order to prevent damage.
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the instrument panel tie bar assembly from the vehicle. (1)
