Instrument Panel Compartment (3) - Remove - Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

Remove the instrument panel trim plate (2) with Driver Information Display, Hazard Warning Switch and Instrument Panel Center Accessory Function Switch. Instrument Panel Trim Plate Replacement

Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [ 6x ]
Instrument Panel Compartment Center Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [ 1x ]
- Instrument Panel Bolt (2) - Remove [ 3x ]
Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Remove [ 3x ]
- Disconnect the instrument panel airbag electrical connector (2).
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [ 3x ]
Slide the instrument panel assembly (1) rearward.
Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the instrument panel carrier.
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the instrument panel carrier assembly (1) from the vehicle.
- Transfer components as necessary.
