Installation Procedure

    Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator (1) to the turbocharger assembly.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator stud (2) and tighten to 6.5 N.m (58 lb in).

  3. Install the 2 turbocharger wastegate actuator bolts (1) and tighten to 6.5 N.m (58 lb in).

    Install the compressor air intake turbo wastegate actuator rod (3) to the turbocharger assembly.

  5. Install the wastegate valve spring (2).
  6. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator retainer (1).

  8. Connect the engine wiring harness retainer (2)
  9. Connect the turbocharger wastegate actuator electrical connector (1).
  10. Install the turbocharger outlet duct connector. Turbocharger Outlet Duct Connector Replacement 
  11. Install the turbocharger heat shield. Turbocharger Heat Shield Replacement
  12. Perform turbocharger wastegate learn. Turbocharger Wastegate Learn
