Installation Procedure

    Install the crankshaft balancer (1) onto the crankshaft.

  2. Assemble and install the EN-48034  Crankshaft Balancer Installer (3) into the crankshaft.
  3. Install the EN-51577  Crankshaft Balancer Holder/Remover (2) to the crankshaft balancer (1) as shown.
  4. Hold the EN-51577  Crankshaft Balancer Holder/Remover (2) with a suitable breaker bar while rotating the installer nut clockwise to fully seat the crankshaft balancer (1) onto the crankshaft.
  5. EN-48034  Crankshaft Balancer Installer (3) - Remove

    Hold the EN-51577  Crankshaft Balancer Holder/Remover (1) with a suitable breaker bar.

  7. Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (2) - Install NEW - Crankshaft Balancer Installation 
  8. EN-51577  Crankshaft Balancer Holder/Remover (1) - Remove
