Removal Procedure

Drain the engine oil.
Front Cradle Brace - Remove - Front Cradle Brace Replacement
Water Pump - Remove - Electric Engine Coolant Pump Replacement

Lower Oil Pan Bolt (1) - Remove [18x]

Loosely install 2 lower oil pan bolts (1, 2) to the jack screw holes to aid in removal of the lower oil pan.

NOTE:
Ensure that the pins (3, 4) in the lower oil pan are not damaged while loosening the pan. Avoid using the separating tool in these areas.

Use a suitable flat bladed tool (1) to evenly loosen the lower oil pan (2).

Remove the 2 lower oil pan bolts (1, 2) from the oil pan.
