Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LCV, LGX) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LCV, LGX) .
  2. Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
1 Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp [2x]
Procedure 
Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
2 Radiator Inlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LCV, LGX) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LCV, LGX) .
  2. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
