Removal Procedure

Refer to HVAC Module Drain Tube Caution .
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) - Remove - Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation
If equipped remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module insulator (1) from the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Remove
- Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) - Remove
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (1) - Remove
Air Conditioning Wiring Harness - Disconnect as necessary
- Unlatch the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower case (1) from the air conditioning evaporator case indicated by the arrows.
Temperature Valve Actuator Fastener (1) - Remove [2x]
- Temperature Valve Actuator - Left Side (2) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
