Installation Procedure

Route the transmission fluid cooler outlet pipe into position.

Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) @ Radiator Retainer (1) - Install

Install a NEW sealing washer. (2)
Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (3) @ Transmission - Install
Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Nut (1) @ Transmission - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Front Wheelhouse Liner-Left Side - Install - FRONT WHEELHOUSE LINER REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE
Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement

Remove caps and covers on transmission fluid cooler pipe connection points before installing pipe.

Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (1) @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. TRANSMISSION FLUID DRAIN AND FILL
Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
