Installation Procedure

- Route the transmission fluid cooler outlet pipe into position.
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Clip (1) @ Transmission - Clip
- NOTE:
Remove caps and covers on transmission fluid cooler pipe connection points before installing pipe.
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (2) @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Clip (1) @ Radiator - Clip
- Front Wheelhouse Liner-Left Side - Install - FRONT WHEELHOUSE LINER REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement
Front Compartment Splash Shield (3) - Install - Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement
Front Compartment Air Deflector (4) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement
Install a NEW sealing washer. (3)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Nut (2) @ Transmission - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Battery Tray Support (2) - Install - Battery Tray Support Replacement
Battery Tray (2) - Install - Battery Tray Replacement (LTG)
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. TRANSMISSION FLUID DRAIN AND FILL
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
