Installation Procedure

Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (1) - Install
Use a NEW seal.
Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet pipe (1) on the vehicle.
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Retainer (1) @ Transmission Cooler Bypass Valve - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Cooler Bypass Valve - Install
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip - Install
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Coolant Pipe - Install - Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Coolant Pipe Replacement (LKN)
- Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
