Installation Procedure
With the aid of an assistant, carefully lower the body to the frame. (1)
Drivetrain and Front Suspension Support Bolt (1) - Hand tighten [4x]
Use CH-51034-A Cradle Alignment Pins to align the cradle to the body. (1)
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
Drivetrain and Front Suspension Support Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 160 N.m (118 lb ft)
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Support Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [6x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Remove the EN-39580 stand from under the vehicle.
Transmission Rear Mount (3) - Install - Transmission Rear Mount Replacement
Connect the steering gear electrical connectors. (1)
- Install the retainers. (2)
Intermediate Steering Shaft (2) - Install - Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
Front Stabilizer Shaft Link (1) @Front Stabilizer Shaft - Install - Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement
- Connect the steering linkage outer tie rod to the steering knuckle. Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement
Front Compartment Air Deflector (3) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement
Front Compartment Splash Shield (3) - Install - Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement
Underbody Front Air Deflector (2) - Install - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement
Exhaust Front Pipe (2) - Install - Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LKN)
- Install the front tires and wheels. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the engine support fixture.
- Align the vehicle only if replacing the drivetrain and front suspension cradle. Wheel Alignment Measurement
