Removal Procedure

- Without draining the coolant and without disconnecting the hoses, position aside the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LFV)
Remove the charge air cooler outlet air tube fastener (1) and retainer spring (2) and carefully position aside the charge air cooler outlet air tube. - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
