Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

    Heater Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Disengage

  3. Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump Hose - Remove

    Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  5. Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Core - Remove
  6. Heater Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
