Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

    Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (1) - Disengage

  3. Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Water Outlet - Remove

    Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  5. Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Heater Core - Remove
  6. Heater Inlet Hose (2) - Remove
