Removal Procedure

- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Remove
Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFV) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LTG)
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Bracket Nut (2) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Front Compartment Inner Side Rail - Remove
Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Nut (3) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (2) - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (1) [2x]
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Front End Upper Tie Bar - Remove
- Engine Mount - Remove
- For LFV engine, refer to Engine Mount Replacement .
- For LTG engine, refer to Engine Mount Replacement .
- Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Remove
- Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement - Remove
- Engine Front Splash Shield Replacement (LFV, LTG) - Remove
Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFV) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LTG)
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (2)
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Front Compartment Inner Side Rail - Remove
- Remove the air conditioning evaporator tube from the vehicle.
