Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)

    Remove the front bumper fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LFV)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LFV, LTG)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LFV, LTG)

    Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) - Remove - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LKN With MKE)

    Disconnect the electrical connector at the air conditioning refrigerant pressure sensor.

  9. Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Remove
  10. Air Conditioning Condenser Shield (2) - Remove
  11. Transfer components as necessary.
