Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser Assembly - Remove - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LKN)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LKN)

    Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Pump Cooling Inlet Hose (3) @ Auxiliary Radiator - Remove - Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Replacement (Drive Motor Bat Rad Surge Tank To Pump) , or Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Replacement (Trans Pipe to Aux Radiator)

  10. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

    Air Conditioning Condenser Assembly (1) @ Radiator - Remove

  13. Transfer components as necessary.
