Installation Procedure

Install the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose (1) to the vehicle.
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Clip Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Install a NEW sealing washer. (3)
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning and Drive Motor Battery Cooling Compressor - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning and Drive Motor Battery Cooling Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Install a NEW sealing washer. (3)
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install
- Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Underbody Front Air Deflector (2) - Install - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
