Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  2. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Remove

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  5. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (2) - Remove

  7. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove

    Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement (2) - Remove

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement (2) - Remove

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  11. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  12. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) [2x]

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  14. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  15. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3)
  16. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose from the vehicle.
