Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)

    Remove the front bumper fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  3. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  6. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3)

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (2) - Remove

  8. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  9. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  11. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  12. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) [2x]

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Remove

  14. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove
  15. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3)
  16. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose from the vehicle.
