Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air conditioning compressor hose to the vehicle.

    Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) - Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 

  3. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install NEW sealing washers. (3) [2x]

  6. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Install
  7. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  8. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Install

  10. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Install a NEW sealing washer. (3)

  12. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Install
  13. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  14. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
  15. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  16. Inspect for refrigerant leaks. Leak Testing (R-1234yf)

    Install the front bumper fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
