Install a NEW gasket.

Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Install
Intake Manifold (1) - Install

Intake Manifold Bolt - Install [7x]

CAUTION:

Fastener Caution

Intake Manifold Bolt - Tighten in sequence [7x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Intake Manifold Brace (1) - Install
Intake Manifold Brace Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Throttle Body Assembly Replacement - Install

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) @ Intake Manifold - Connect
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Fuel Heater Return Hose) , or Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Intake Manifold)

Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Clip the engine wiring harness retainer (3) to the intake manifold.
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Install
Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Install
