Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
Ensure the gasket is properly seated into the intake manifold (2).
Install a NEW intake manifold gasket. (1)
Position the intake manifold (2) then hand start the fasteners (1).
Tighten the intake manifold fasteners in sequence to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
Connect the intake air pressure sensor connector (1) and the throttle body connector (2).

Connect the fuel feed pipe front retainers (1) and pipe (2). Fuel Feed Front Pipe Replacement
- Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement - Install
- Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Install
