Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)

Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Remove - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG) , or Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LFV)

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Remove
Intake Air Duct Replacement - Remove
Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement - Remove
Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Remove

Slide back Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Connector Cap (1) [2x]
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe FittingRetainer (2) [2x] - Remove
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (3) [2x] - Remove

Disconnect the engine cooling fan harness connectors (1) from the engine harness.
Disconnect the ground wire from the front end upper tie bar.

Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage

Use the GE-47622 Hose Clamp Pliers.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (5) @ Radiator Assembly (3) - Remove
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (4) @ Radiator Assembly (3) - Remove
