Installation Procedure

1. Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud - Remove - Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (LWN)
2. Front Suspension Crossmember - Remove - Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement
3. Securely mount the EN-51582  Engine Support Fixture to the lifting device.

   NOTE:

   Ensure that the engine support fixture alignment hole and bolt holes are clear of debris prior to installing the engine support fixture. Ensure the alignment notch on the EN-51582  Engine Support Fixture (1) inserts into the alignment hole on the engine block as shown.

   Install the long engine support fixture bolt (1).

   Install the short engine support fixture bolt (1).

Removal Procedure

   Remove the short engine support fixture bolt (1).

   Remove the long engine support fixture bolt (1).

4. Remove the EN-51582  Engine Support Fixture from the lifting device.
5. Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (LWN)
6. Front Suspension Crossmember - Install - Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement
