Removal Procedure

- Turbocharger - Remove - Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Replacement
- NOTE:
Engine front crossmember removed for clarity.
Oil Pan Deadener Bolt (1) - Remove[5x]
- Oil Pan Deadener (2) - Remove
- Support the engine/transmission assembly with a suitable jack.
Engine Mount Bolt (1) @ Engine Block - Remove [3x]
Engine Mount Bolt (1) @ Frame - Remove [3x]
- Raise the engine with a suitable lifting device to remove the engine mount.
- Engine Mount - Remove
NOTE:
In order to avoid oil pan damage and possible engine failure, insert a block of wood that spans the width of the oil pan bottom between the oil pan and the jack support.
