Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Engine Mount - Install
  2. Lower the engine.

    NOTE:

    For ease of installation, hand start all engine mount fasteners prior to tightening.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Engine Mount Bolt (1) @ Frame - Install and tighten [3x] 70 N.m (52 lb ft)

    Engine Mount Bolt (1) @ Engine Block - Install and tighten [3x] 100 N.m (74 lb ft)

  5. Lower and remove the jack.

    Oil Pan Deadener (2) - Install

    7. NOTE:

    Engine front crossmember removed for clarity.

  7. Oil Pan Deadener Bolt (1) - Install and tighten[5x]10 N.m (89 lb in)
  8. Turbocharger - Install - Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Replacement
