Crankshaft and Bearing Removal

- NOTE:
The number 3 main bearing cap can be loosened by installing a drift punch to the main cap bolt bore and working back and forth toward the left and right sides of the engine.
Remove the crankshaft bearing cap bolts (1) and caps (2).
Remove the lower thrust bearings (2).
- Remove the lower crankshaft bearings (1).
Remove the crankshaft (1).
Remove the upper crankshaft bearings (1) and thrust bearings (2).
