Installation Procedure

If installing a NEW turbocharger, perform the following.
1. Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe - Install - Exhaust Manifold and Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Installation
2. Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe - Install - Exhaust Manifold and Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Installation
3. Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe - Install - Exhaust Manifold and Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Installation
4. Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe - Install - Exhaust Manifold and Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Installation

Install a NEW turbocharger gasket (4).
Install the exhaust manifold (3) to turbocharger (7).

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the exhaust manifold to turbocharger nuts (1) and tighten to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).

Install the exhaust manifold to turbocharger nuts (1) and tighten to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
