Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Assemble

- NOTE:
- Do not twist the crank or the actuator rod end during install.
- Do not replace the original actuator rod, as it is calibrated to the turbocharger.
Install the actuator rod (1) onto the actuator and crank pin.
- NOTE:
Do not deform, twist, or over clamp the clip.
Manually introduce the clip (1) into the actuator pin groove. Use a suitable tool, such as pliers, to clamp the clip inside the groove.

Manually introduce the clip (1) into the crank pin groove. Use a suitable tool, such as pliers, to clamp the clip inside the groove.
- NOTE:
Do not use a tool when checking the rotation of the actuator rod clips.
Manually rotate the actuator rod clips. If the clip is free in rotation, remove and replace with a new clip. If the clip continues to rotate freely, inspect the pin for visual signs of wear. Utilize good judgement and replace the clip or turbo as necessary.
