Installation Procedure

Install EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) onto the vacuum pump pulley.
Position the belt (2) on the crankshaft and the vacuum pump pulleys as shown.
- Slowly rotate the crankshaft and vacuum pump pulleys in a counterclockwise direction until the belt (2) fully seats on both pulleys.
- Remove EN-51767-2 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) from the vacuum pump pulley.
- Inspect the belt for proper installation and alignment.
- Rotate the balancer an additional 360 degrees to ensure proper belt installation.
