Fuel Rail and Injectors Installation

2	Fuel Rail Insulator [6x]
3	Direct Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly [2x] CAUTION: Make sure the fuel injectors are free from debris and lubricant. Lubricant can burn and ruin the fuel injector seals. CAUTION: The fuel rail assemblies must be drawn down evenly before final torque. Failure to draw down the fuel rail assemblies evenly may result in scoring of the lifter bores. NOTE: If re-using injectors be sure to replace lower compression seals. Do not lubricate the combustion seals when replacing. Clean the holes in the cylinder head of any debris or residual fastener thread sealant. Failing to do so can cause the bolts not to reach proper torque and/or clamp load. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers .
4	Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Bolt [6x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Clean the threads and apply a threadlocker. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers . tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
