Removal Procedure

CAUTION:
When raising or supporting the engine for any reason, do not use a jack under any sheet metal, or the crankshaft pulley, or damage may occur.
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Front Suspension Crossmember (1) - Remove - Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement
- Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
- Exhaust Manifold-Right Side - Remove - Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Right Side (LV1)
Engine Mount Frame Side Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Position a screw jack and a block of wood under the lower engine oil pan.
Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Engine Mount (1) - Remove
