Installation Procedure

Engine Mount (1) - Install
Clean the threads of the engine mount engine side bolts (1) using denatured alcohol or equivalent.
- Apply thread locker or equivalent to the threads of the engine mount engine side bolts (1). Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
- Using the adjustable jack, lower the engine until the engine mount is sitting flush on the frame.
- Remove the adjustable jack and block of wood from the engine oil pan.
Clean the threads of the engine mount frame side bolts (1) using denatured alcohol or equivalent.
- Apply thread locker or equivalent to the threads of the engine mount frame side bolts (1). Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Engine Mount Frame Side Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 70 N.m (52 lb ft)
Front Suspension Crossmember (1) - Install - Front Suspension Crossmember Replacement
- Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Left Side - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side)
- Lower the vehicle.
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
