Engine Coolant Manifold Assemble

Callout Component Name
1 Water Pump Inlet Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW Gasket.
2 Water Pump Inlet Assembly (with Thermostat)
3 Water Pump Inlet Bolt [2x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Install and hand tighten all three bolts.
  2. tighten bolts to final torque.

tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
4 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
tighten 
20 N.m (15 lb ft)
