Cylinder Head Installation - Right Side

Preliminary Procedure Clean the holes in the block of any debris or residual fastener thread sealant. Failing to do so can cause the bolts not to reach proper torque and/or clamp load.
1	Cylinder Head Gasket
2	Cylinder Head - Right Side
3	Cylinder Head Bolt [4x] CAUTION: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . tighten in sequence First Pass:80 N.m (59 lb ft) Second Pass:90 degrees Final Pass:60 degrees
4	Cylinder Head Bolt [4x] tighten in sequence First Pass:80 N.m (59 lb ft) Second Pass:90 degrees Final Pass:60 degrees
