Installation Procedure

    Crankshaft Balancer (1) - Loosely install

    Install the EN-41478 - A  Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installer (1) and the EN-41665 - A  Crankshaft Balancer and Sprocket Installer (2) to the crankshaft balancer (3).

  3. Use the adjustment nut on the EN-41478 - A  Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installer (1) to properly seat the crankshaft balancer (3).
  4. Once the crankshaft balancer has been properly seated remove the EN-41478 - A  Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installer (1) and the EN-41665 - A  Crankshaft Balancer and Sprocket Installer (2).

    Install the EN-52287  Balancer Holding Kit (1) and the EN-956 - 1  Extension Bar (2) to the crankshaft balancer (3).

    Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (1) - Install NEW - Crankshaft Balancer Installation 

  7. Remove the special tools.

    { If equipped }Vacuum Pump Belt (3) - Install - Vacuum Pump Belt Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Belt (3) - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement

    Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud (1) - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LV1)
