Installation Procedure

Install EN-51767-1 Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) onto the balancer.
Position the belt (2) on the A/C pulley and the balancer as shown.
- Slide the belt installation tool downward, positioning the belt onto the A/C pulley, applying light tension to the belt.
- Slowly rotate the crankshaft and compressor pulleys in a counterclockwise direction until the belt (2) fully seats on both pulleys.
- Inspect the belt for proper installation and alignment.
- Rotate the balancer an additional 360 degrees to ensure proper belt installation.
